EUB005 Online Application – Court of Magistrates – Link

This application may be used to file your claim/s before the Court of Magistrates. Together with this application you may attach all the documents in support of your claim/s. This eForm can be used for online filing of the following applications: Notice – Condemnation to pay, Notice – Point of Law, Application – Revocation of a Warrant, Application – Slander and Libel, Application in contestation of a Judicial Letter filed in terms of Article 166A of Chapter 12, Application filed in terms of Article 466 of Chapter 12, Application – Impugnment of assessment of judicial costs. 

This form must be filled completely in the Maltese Language. ​​​​​​ 


Secret Wills – Link
This e-form may also be used to search for secret wills of deceased persons. Such wills are deposited in the Civil Court (Voluntary Jurisdiction Section). Applicant will be informed of the result of the search and if it is positive, an application may be filed in the Registry of the court by an advocate or notary or legal procurator for the publication of the secret will. ​


Judicial Letter – Link
Any judicial letter, excluding those that require an oath, may be presented online through this eForm. Additionally documents that substantiate the claim can be attached. 

This form must be filled completely in the Maltese Language.


Administrative Review Tribunal – Link
This application is used to file a claim before the Administrative Review Tribunal so that the Tribunal reviews an administrative act of the public administration on points of law and points of fact in terms of Article 15(2) of Cap 490 of the Laws of Malta, the Administrative Justice Act. This application has to be signed by a Lawyer or Legal Procurator. 

This form must be filled completely in the Maltese Language.​


Small Claims Tribunal – Notice of Claim – Link

This form is used to file before the Small Claims Tribunal a money claim of an amount not exceeding five thousand euro (€ 5,000) and thereby initiating procedures before the same Tribunal. 

This form must be filled completely in the Maltese Language. ​


Small Claims Tribunal – Reply – Link
This form is used by a party who is served with a notice of claim filed against him in the Small Claims Tribunal and wants to respond to the claim. This reply has to be submitted within eighteen days from the date when such party was served with the notice of claim. If the party so notified wants to make a counterclaim against the party who made the claim, then s/he is to use this same form and fill in the part entitled ‘Response with Counterclaim’. 

This form must be filled completely in the Maltese Language. ​


Small Claims Tribunal – Counterclaim Reply – Link

This form is used by the party who brought a claim before the Small Claims Tribunal to reply to a counterclaim made by the party against whom s/he filed his/her claim. 

This form must be filled completely in the Maltese Language.


Small Claims Tribunal – Appeal Application – Link

This form should be used when a p​arty wants to appeal against a decision of the Small Claims Tribunal. The appeal from such decision is made by means of an application filed in the Court of Appeal (Inferior) and therefore this application in accordance with the law must be signed by an advocate as well as by a legal procurator or the party who is appealing. The appeal application must be filed within twenty days from the date of the decision.
