This form should be used when a party wants to appeal against a decision of the Small Claims Tribunal. The appeal from such decision is made by means of an application filed in the Court of Appeal (Inferior) and therefore this application in accordance with the law must be signed by an advocate as well as by a legal procurator or the party who is appealing. The appeal application must be filed within twenty days from the date of the decision.
This form must be filled completely in the Maltese Language.
